1. LUSH – KOPALNE KROGLE/BOMBE

Če spremljate moj blog že dalj časa, potem veste, da sem enostavno obsedena z Lushevimi kopalnimi kroglami in tudi zato težko izberem samo eno, saj so mi skoraj vse izredno všeč. Zato omenjam kar vse. Kopanje z njimi je veliko bolj zabavno, dišeče in prijetno, zato če se radi kopate vam priporočam, da obiščete Lushevo trgovino ali spletno stran in izberete vsaj eno zase. Na blogu boste našli veliko ocen zato v iskalnik vpišite samo Lush in tako boste dobili povezavo do vseh ocen.

If you follow my blog for a longer time then you know that I’m simply obsessed with Lush bath bombs and that’s also why it’s hard for me to choose only one because I love almost all of them. Therefore I’m mentioning all of them. Bathing with them is a lot more fun, fragrant and more fun so if you like taking baths I recommend you visit a Lush store or their website and choose one for yourself. You will find a lot of reviews of the bath bombs on the blog so just type Lush in the search bar and you’ll get links to all of the reviews.

     2. ORIGINS – STARTING OVER EYE CREAM

Čeprav jo uporabljam šele kakšne 3 mesece pa je definitivno moja najljubša in najboljša krema za oči do sedaj. Sestavine so vrhunske, koža pod očmi pa je bila navlažena in veliko lepša že po kakem tednu uporabe. Razlika je predvsem očitna in vidna pri nanosu ličil, korektor se več ne poseda v gubice, kar je bilo prej skoraj neizbežno. Krema se hitro vpije, ni mastna, se zelo lepo razmaže in je super hranljiva in vlažilna. Jaz jo definitivno priporočam in še jo bom kupila.

Although I’ve been only using it for a few months this is definitely my favorite and best eye cream I ever used. The ingredients are amazing and the skin under my eyes was moisturized and much nicer after only about a week of using it. The difference is particularly evident and visible while applying make-up, the concealer no longer sits in my fine lines which was previously almost inevitable. The cream absorbs quickly, it isn’t greasy, spreads easily and is super nourishing and moisturizing. I definitely recommend it and I will buy it again.

     3. LUSH – CUP O’COFFEE

Čeprav mi je od Lusha všeč večina svežih mask za obraz pa vonja te kavne maske nobena ne prekaša, zato je tudi moja najljubša. Z masko naredim tudi piling obraza, kar je zame vedno plus. Vonj se na koži obdrži kar nekaj časa, koža je čista, navlažena in nahranjena jaz pa zadovoljna. Masko sem tudi že ocenila na blogu, ki se nahaja TUKAJ.

Although I like most fresh face masks from Lush none of the other ones beats the smell of this coffee mask and that’s why this one is my favorite. I exfoliate with this mask as well which is a plus in my book. The scent stays on the skin for a while, the skin is clean, moisturized and nourished and I’m happy.      4. CATRICE- 9 IN 1 NAIL ELIXIR

Moji nohti so se pred tem lakom lomili mesec za mesecem. Imam namreč izredno trde a krhke nohte. Tole sem kupila predvsem zato, ker je poceni in če ne bi delovalo bi pač poskusila nekaj drugega. A deluje. Moji nohti se več ne lomijo. Lak uporabim vedno kot podlak, uporabljam pa ga tudi samega, saj da nohtom lep sijaj. Če se vam nohti lomijo in so krhki vam res priporočam tale negovalni lak. Prior to this nail polish my nails used to break month after month. I have really hard but brittle nails. I bought this mainly because it is cheap and if it wouldn’t work I would just try something else. But it works. My nails don’t break anymore. I always use the nail polish as a base but I also use it by itself cause it gives my nails a nice shine. If you have brittle nails and they break easily then I recommend this nail polish.      5. OGX – COCONUT WATER WEIGHTLESS HYDRATION OIL

Od tega izdelka nisem veliko pričakovala a sedaj ne morem brez njega. Konice naredi res sijoče in lepe a ne težke ali mastne. Uporabim ga po vsakem umivanju na spodnji polovici las. Nanesem kar zajetno količino, saj je produkt res lahek in se hitro vpije pa še lepo diši. Ker ga imam še čisto malo že planiram nakup novega. Za bolj natančno oceno pa klik TUKAJ.

I didn’t expect much from this product but now I can’t live without it. It really makes my ends nice and shiny but not heavy or greasy. I use it after every wash on the lower half of my hair. I apply quite a lot because the product is really light and absorbs quickly and it smells good as well. Because I have a tiny little bit left I’m already planning on buying a new one.      6. NUXE – BODY LONG-LASTING DEODORANT

Tale deodorant sem kupila čisto po naključju, ko sem pregledovala ponudbo v Travel Free Shopu. Ker nimam težav z neprijetnimi vonjavami sem vedela, da ne more biti zgrešen nakup. Ne samo da nakup ni bil zgrešen, to je bil zadetek v polno. Vonj je zelo nežen a ženstven in meni čudovit. Ker je deodorant s kroglico je seveda sam produkt tekoč in sama rada počakam preden se oblečem, da deodoranta ne pobrišem z oblačili. Deodorant diši še zvečer ko grem pod tuš in tudi zato mi je všeč. Vmes sem poskusila še novega od Nuxe-a v rumeni embalaži, ampak mi je bil vonj izredno neprijeten, zato sem se vrnila k temu. Deodorant priporočam vsem, ki si želite nekaj bolj naravnega in nežnega.

I bought this deodorant by accident while I was checking the offer in the Travel Free Shop. Because I don’t have problems with body odors I knew that it was a good purchase. Not only was the purchase good it was perfect. The scent is very delicate but feminine and I love it. Because it’s a roll-on deodorant the product itself is liquid and I like to wait before I put on my clothes on so I don’t wipe it off. I can still smell the deodorant in the evening before taking a shower and that’s also why I love it. I also tried the new one from Nuxe in the yellow packaging but I really didn’t like the scent so I came back to this one. I recommend it to everyone that wants something more natural and gentle.

     7. BIODERMA – MICELARNA VODICA

Napisala sem micelarna nasplošno, ker uporabljam Sensibio in Hydrabio izmenično. Obe sta mi zelo dobri in dobro opravita svoje delo, ki je da kožo očistita in osvežita a sta hkrati izredno nežni do kože in je ne izsušujeta. Tudi ličila oziroma ostanke ličil dobro odstranita. Uporabljam ju po umivanju obraza z gelom in pred kremo za obraz. Sensibio mi je mogoče malenkost bolj všeč a kot sem napisala obe rada uporabljam. Ne bom ju na dolgo in široko ocenjevala saj ju že sigurno vsi poznate. V glavnem jaz ju priporočam vsem za dnevno nego obraza.

I wrote micellar in general because I use Sensibio and Hydrabio alternately. I like both of them and they do their job efficiently which is to clean and refresh the skin while being very gentle to the skin and doesn’t dry it out. They are also good at removing make-up from the skin. I use them after washing my face with a face gel and before using my facial cream. I like the Sensibio micellar slightly more but as I wrote already I like using them both. I won’t review them anymore because I’m sure you already know them. In general I recommend them for everyone for a daily facial care.

Spet nisem uspela nabrati 10 izdelkov a to je zato, ker se veliko izdelkov ponavlja od lani, predvsem Melvitine kreme (za telo in roke), Batiste suhi šampon je še vedno na seznamu kot tudi Nuxe Reve de Miel balzam za ustnice, brez katerega mi živeti ni, veliko produktov pa ne uporabljam dovolj dolgo, da bi jih lahko uvrstila na tale seznam. Again I didn’t collect 10 products and that’s because there are a lot of products that are repeating from last year like the Melvita lotions (for body and hands), Batiste dry shampoo is still on the list as is Nuxe Reve de Miel lip balm that I can’t live without and there are a lot of products I’m not using long enough to put on the list. H&M: Dead Sea Mud Mask

Tole masko za obraz sem kupila ob prejšnjem obisku H&M trgovine v Ljubljani. Takrat sem tudi kupila H&M Charcoal and pumice masko (masko z ogljem in plovcem), ki sem jo ocenila že tukaj. Tokrat pa sem poskusila drugo masko, ki sem jo kupila in sicer z blatom mrtvega morja za mešano kožo.

I bought this mask the last time I visited the H&M store in Ljubljana. I bought the H&M Charcoal and pumice mask that I reviewed here then as well. This time I decided to try the other one I bought, namely the one with the dead sea mud for combination skin. 

Maske so pakirane v majhnem lončku za enkratno uporabo. Maske so v lončkih različnih barv, ta le bila v oranžnem, vendar pa maska notri ni bila oranžna kot sem pričakovala. Zraven so priložena navodila, ki so natisnjena na kartonasti zloženki v kateri je lonček. Embalaža je torej dobro zamišljena za enkratno uporabo. Sama maska je svetlo pastelno zelene barve. Maska ni čisto gladka, notri so nekakšni mikro delci, ki pa niso bili uporabni za piling in zato zame čisto odveč, saj jih je bilo tudi relativno malo notri. Ko sem masko odprla mi je v obraz butnil vonj po moški kolonjski vodi. Šokirana sem bila, saj takega vonja nisem pričakovala. Vonj je bil izrazito močan in precej neprimeren za masko za obraz.

The masks are nicely packed in a small pot for a single use.The masks are in different colored pots, this one was in an orange one but the mask inside wasn’t orange as I expected. We also get instructions, which are printed on the cardboard that holds the pot. The packaging is therefore well conceived for a single use. The mask itself is a light pastel green color. The mask is not smooth there are some kind of micro particles inside which are not useful for exfoliating so in my opinion superfluous, because they’re rare. When I opened the mask the smell of male cologne bumped into my face. I was shocked because I didn’t expect that kind of scent. The scent is extremely strong and quite inappropriate for a face mask.

Maske je bilo tokrat manj v lončku kot prejšnjič, čeprav je teža ista, tako da sem porabila skoraj vse, kar mi je prav, saj masko težko shranimo, ko je enkrat odprta. Masko bi naj vmasirali na umit in suh obraz, ter pustili stat do 15 minut. Maska se je po določenem času začela sušiti in s tem, ko se je sušila mi je tudi začelo kožo zategovati. Občutek zame ni moteč.

There was less mask in the pot then last time, although the weight is the same, so I used almost all of it and I like that because it’s hard to store the mask once it’s opened. You are supposed to massage the mask onto a clean and dry face and leave it on up to 15 minutes. The mask did start to dry after a while and while drying it also started to tighten the skin. I don’t mind the feeling.

Maska se umije enostavno, jo je pa potrebno zmehčati z mlačno vodo preden jo začnemo odstranjevati oziroma umivati. Na koži mi je pustila čist občutek, kože mi ni zategovalo, kot pri prejšnji maski in koža se mi ni zmastila dobre tričetrt ure. Maska je dobra a spet nič posebnega in raje posegam po Lushevih maskah. Kupila je več ne bom, predvsem zaradi neprijetnega vonja. Masko sem kupila v Ljubljani v H&M trgovini v Cityparku in zanjo odštela 2,99€. H&M maske za obraz me torej niso najbolj prepričale. A ste že poskusili kakšno? Vam je kakšna posebej všeč?

The mask is easy to wash but you do have to soften it with lukewarm water before we start removing or washing it off. It left a clean feeling on the skin, it didn’t tighten my skin as the previous one did and the skin started getting oily after good three-quarters of an hour. The mask is good but again nothing special and I rather use masks from Lush. I won’t buy it anymore especially because of the unpleasant scent. I bought the mask in Ljubljana in the H&M store in Citypark and paid 2,99€ for it. So the H&M masks didn’t convince me. Have you ever tried any? Did you especially liked any of them?

Lush: Don’t look at me

Kot mnogi že veste, sem obsedena z maskami za obraz, predvsem z Lushevimi maskami. Zato me je izredno hitro zamikala tudi tale, precej nova maska, Don’t look at me. Kot sem prav tako že omenila, so mi najljubše maske s katerimi lahko naredim še piling obraza.

As many of you know, I’m obsessed with face masks especially with Lush masks. Therefore I was quickly interested in this one, the quite new mask, Don’t look at me. As I also mentioned before, my favorite masks are the ones that I can use to exfoliate my face as well.

Priznam, da me je maska najprej zamikala zaradi barve, saj je čudovite svetlo modro, turkizne, barve. Ko pa sem prebrala, da vsebuje tudi mleta riževa zrna, ki omogočajo piling sem bila odločena, da jo poskusim. Maska ni gosta ali trda, ampak izredno mazljiva, tako da je nanos res preprost. Diši po sladki limoni in citrusih, torej ni prekislega vonja, tudi ne presladkega. Meni se zdi ravno prav za poletje, saj je vonj precej nežen in nevsiljiv.

I admit that this mask initially tempted me because of its color, it’s a gorgeous bright blue, turquoise, color. When I read, that it also contains ground rice, that allow me to exfoliate, I was determined to try it out. The mask isn’t thick or hard, but extremely malleable, so the application is really simple.  It smells like sweet lemon and citrus, so the scent isn’t too sour as not too sweet. I think it’s just right for the summer, because the scent is pretty gentle and unobtrusive.

Nanesem jo na cel obraz, izognem se predelu pod očmi. Masko pustim na obrazu 15 do 20 minut. Ker masko nanesem precej na debelo (lahko jo nanesete tudi manj) se dalj časa suši, ampak je po 20ih minutah suha. Po pretečenem času začnem z vlažno dlanjo masko odstranjevati in s tem naredim še piling. Mleta riževa zrna so dovolj velika in ravno prav “groba”, da učinkovito opravijo svoje delo. Jaz imam rada precej grobe pilinge, zato z roko kar precej močno pritisnem ob kožo, da je piling učinek še večji. Če niste pristaš grobih pilingov pa lahko le narahlo pritisnete ob kožo in tako umijete masko z obraza.

I apply it to the whole face, avoiding the area around the eyes. I leave the mask on for 15 to 20 minutes. Because I apply it quite thick (you can apply less) it takes a bit more time to dry, but after 20 minutes it’s dry. After the passed time I start to remove the mask with a damp palm and exfoliate in the process. The ground rice grains are large enough and “rough” enough to do the job effectively.  I like a bit more rough exfoliate, so I press quite heavily with my hand against the skin, so the exfoliating effect is even bigger. If you’re not a fan of harsh exfoliates you can press gently against the skin and wash the face that way.

Med umivanjem sem dobila rahlo masten občutek na koži, vendar pa občutek hitro izgine in ostane nam le čista koža, ki je navlažena, zato sama nisem uporabila kreme za obraz. Maska mi je všeč tudi zato, ker vsebuje limono, ki oža pore ter tunizijski neroli in organski tofu, ki posvetlita kožo in jo negujeta.

During the washing I got a slightly greasy feeling on the skin, but the feeling quickly disappears and we’re left with clean, moisturized skin, so I didn’t use any facial cream. I also like the mask, because it contains lemon, that minimises pores and Tunisian neroli and organic tofu which brighten and nourish the skin.

Vonj se na koži ne obdrži dolgo oziroma, ker je vonj precej nežen ga sama nisem več vonjala. Koža je lepo sijoča, čista in navlažena. Maska je pakirana v 75g lončku, ki je izredno priročen in tipično Lushevski. Sama sem masko dobila “zastonj”, saj sem masko menjala za 5 čistih Lushevih lončkov v trgovini. Drugače je cena maske 10,45€, kar se mi ne zdi veliko. Masko priporočam in sama jo bom z veseljem uporaljala celo poletje.

The scent doesn’t linger on the skin for long and it’s delicate as it is, so I didn’t smell it anymore. The skin is shiny, clean and moisturized. The mask is packed in a 75g pot which is extremely convenient and typical for Lush. I got this mask “for free” because I exchanged it for 5 clean Lush pots in the store. Otherwise the price for the mask is 10,45€ which I don’t find to be too much. I recommend the mask and will use it happily the whole summer.

H&M: Charcoal and pumice face mask

Kar se negovalne kozmetike tiče, so mi najljubše maske za obraz. Najljubše maske pa so mi tiste, s katerimi lahko na koncu naredim še piling obraza. Zato je tudi Lusheva maska Cup O’coffee (ocena tukaj) moja najljubša maska ta trenutek in tudi drugače prisegam na njihove sveže maske za obraz. Maske sem v H&M-u gledala že parkrat, vendar se nikoli nisem odločila za nakup. Tokrat pa sem se vseeno odločila poskusiti.

When it comes to skin care cosmetics, my favorite are face masks. My favorite masks are the ones, that can exfoliate my face in the end as well. That’s also why my favorite mask at the time is Cup O’coffee (review here) from Lush and I otherwise also swear by their fresh face masks. I was looking at the masks in H&M a couple of times, but never decided to buy one. This time I decided to try them anyway.

Kupila sem dve maski in sicer tole z ogljem in plovcem za utrujeno kožo ter eno z blatom mrtvega morja za mešano kožo. Maske so pakirane v majhnem lončku za enkratno uporabo. Torej naj bi bilo tudi maske ravno dovolj za enkrat. Vse maske imajo lončke različnih barv, predvidevam, da na barvo tudi vplivajo sestavine. Ta je bil črni, verjetno zaradi oglja. Zraven prav tako dobimo navodila, ki so natisnjena na kartonasti zloženki v kateri je lonček. Embalaža je torej dobro zamišljena za enkratno uporabo.

I bought two masks, the charcoal and pumice for tired skin and the dead sea mud mask for combination skin.The masks are nicely packed in a small pot for single use. So there should be enough mask for a one time use in the pot. All of the masks have different colored pots, I assume, that the ingredients probably affect the colors. This one was black, presumably because of the charcoal. We also get instructions, which are printed on the cardboard that holds the pot. The packaging is therefore well conceived for a single use.

Opazila sem, da je maske več, kot le za enkrat. Ob zmerni uporabi lahko masko nanesete dvakrat oziroma jo delite s prijateljico. Jaz sem jo na debelo namazala na obraz, pa jo je še kar nekaj ostalo v lončku, ampak sem ostanek pač vrgla. Masko bi naj vmasirali na umiti in moker obraz, ter jo pustili na obrazu do 15 minut. Maska se je čez čas začela sušiti, vendar pa se ni popolnoma posušila, ker kot sem omenila, sem jo nanesla kar precej. Občutek na obrazu je dober, kot da bi me maska malo hladila.

I did notice that there is more mask in the pot, than for just one use. If moderately used, you can apply the mask twice or share it with a friend. I applied it really thick on my face and there was still some left in the pot, but I just threw the rest away. We are supposed to massage in the mask on our clean and wet face and leave it on for up to 15 minutes. The mask did start to dry after a while, but didn’t dry completely, because as I mentioned, I applied quite a lot. The feeling on the skin is good, it feels like the mask is cooling.

Masko sem po pretečenem času umila in med umivanjem še naredila piling obraza. Umije se enostavno. Na začetku sem res imela dober občutek na koži, koža se mi je zdela izredno čista in sveža, vendar pa je ta občutek izginil po dobrih petih minutah, ko mi je kožo na licih začelo zategovati. Občutek je bil izredno neprijeten in da kožo pomirim sem nanesla Melvitino olje ROSE + (ocena tukaj). Olje je učinkovalo in koža se je pomirila. Predvidevam, da je maska na licih kožo preveč izsušila, saj imam mešan tip kože, na licih trenutno normalen.

After the 15 minutes passed, I washed the mask off and exfoliated as well while washing it. I does wash off easily. In the beginning I had a good feeling on the skin, the skin felt extremely clean and fresh, but the feeling disappeared after five minutes, when my skin started to tighten on the cheeks. It felt extremely uncomfortable and to calm my skin down I applied the Melvita ROSE + oil (review here). The oil worked and the skin calmed down. I assume that the mask dried the skin on my cheeks too much, because I have combination skin type, normal on the cheeks at the time.

Maska je vredu, nič posebnega. Jaz jo zase ne bom več kupila ravno zaradi neprijetnega občutka, če pa jo boste poskusili pa obvezno nanesite kremo za obraz po uporabi. Mogoče bi bila maska boljša za punce z izredno mastno kožo. Masko sem kupila v Ljubljani v H&M trgovini v Cityparku in zanjo odštela 2,99€.

The mask is okay, nothing special. I won’t buy it anymore because of the unpleasant feeling, but if you want to try it out, then don’t forget to apply a face cream after using it. Maybe the mask would be better for girls with extremely oily skin. I bought the mask in Ljubljana in the H&M store in Citypark and paid 2,99€ for it.

Lush: Cup O’coffee

Kje naj začnem? Mogoče pri tem, da je ta maska zamenjala mojo najljubšo svežo masko od Lusha in sicer Brazened Honey, ki je bila z mano in ob meni zadnjih 8 let? Ali naj začnem pri tem, da se je to zgodilo že po prvi uporabi? Ali pa, da sem popolnoma zaljubljena in predana samo še tej maski? Vseeno je kje bom začela, saj je vse to res. 🙂 Na kratko sem jo omenila tudi v moji negi obraza, katero najdete tukaj.

Where do I start? Maybe at the fact that this mask substituted my favorite fresh face mask from Lush, Brazened Honey, which was with me and by me for the last 8 years? Or should I start at the fact, that this happened after the first time I used it? Or maybe that I’m totally in love and dedicated to this mask only? It doesn’t matter where I start, because everything is true. 🙂 I did shortly mention it in my skincare routine post, that you can find here.

Lush spremljam tedensko in takrat tudi preverim novosti. Takoj, ko sem zagledala to masko na spletni strani, se mi je zdela zanimiva, saj imam zelo rada kavo. Ob naslednjem obisku  trgovine sem jo morala samo povohati in šla je z menoj. Maska namreč diši kot prava turška kava z žličko sladkorja. Če vam kava ne diši, potem predlagam, da se maski izognete. Maska je temno rjave barve z mletimi kavnimi zrni, ki so idealni za piling. Je precej gosta in malenkost lepljiva.

I check the Lush site weekly for any new products. As soon as I saw this mask on the website it seemed very interesting, because I really like coffee. I just had to smell it, the next time I visited the shop, and I bought it. The mask smells like true Turkish coffee with a tea spoon of sugar. If you don’t like the smell of coffee, I advise you avoid it. The mask is dark brown with ground coffee beans which are ideal for exfoliation. It is pretty thick and a bit tacky.

Nanesem jo na cel obraz, izognem se le predelu pod očmi. Čeprav me ponavadi moti, če se maska ne posuši na mojem obrazu, me pri tej maski to niti najmanj ne moti. Maska se torej ne posuši, ker je gosta pa tudi ne polzi po obrazu, ampak ostane na svojem mestu. Po 15 – 20 minutah začnem z vlažno dlanjo masko odstranjevati in s tem naredim še piling. Zrna so dovolj velika in ravno prav “groba”, da učinkovito opravijo svoje delo. Jaz imam rada bolj grobe pilinge, zato z roko kar precej močno pritisnem ob kožo, da je piling učinek še večji. Če ne marate grobih pilingov pa lahko le narahlo pritisnete ob kožo in tako umijete masko z obraza. Umivalnik je potrebno na koncu umiti, saj se mleta kavna zrna rada naberejo na dnu umivalnika. Vonj se na koži obdrži kar dolgo časa, 3-4 ure približno.

I apply it to the whole face and avoid only the eye area. Although it usually bothers me if the mask doesn’t dry on my face, I really don’t mind with this one. So the mask doesn’t dry, but because it’s really thick it doesn’t slide around the face, it stays where you apply it. After 15 – 20 minutes I start to remove it with a moist palm and I exfoliate while doing so. The grains are big enough and “rough” enough to effectively do their job. I do like more rough exfoliators so I press pretty hard with my palm against my skin, so the exfoliating effect is bigger. If you don’t like rough exfoliators you can press slightly against the skin and wash the mask of the face that way. You do need to wash the washbasin at the end, because the grained coffee beans do tend to gather on the bottom of the washbasin. The scent stays on the skin for quite some time, approximately 3-4 hours.

Koža je po uporabi mehka, navlažena, nahranjena in sijoča, tako da ponavadi nanesem samo kremo za oči, ostalo pa preskočim ali pa grem čez z losjonom. Jaz sem mojo masko porabila v dobrem mesecu, ena majhna embalaža mi je dovolj za 5-6 krat. Druga me že čaka in veselim se dneva, ko jo bom spet uporabila. Za manjšo masko (100g) boste odšteli 10,50€, za večjo (250g) pa 16,95€.

The skin is really soft, moisturized, nourished and shiny so I usually apply eye cream only and skip the rest or go with a lotion all over. I used my mask in about a month, one small packaging is enough for 5-6 times. The second one is already waiting for me and I look forward to the day that I use it again. You will pay 10,50€ for the smaller mask (100g) and 16,95€ for the bigger one (250g).

Moji najljubši izdelki leta 2015 #1

Moje najljubše izdelke bom razdelila v dve skupini in sicer v eni skupini bodo samo ličila in produkti, ki se uporabljajo ob ličenju, v drugi skupini pa bodo negovalni izdelki, izdelki za lase in ostalo. Danes bomo kar začeli z izdelki za nego telesa, las, ipd.

I am going to split my favorite products into two groups. The first group are going to be the body and face care products, hair products and such. The second group will include make-up and make-up related products.

1. MELVITA – PENEČI ČISTILNI ŽELE / GENTLE CLEANSING JELLY

Žele sem kupila v začetku prejšnjega leta in hitro je postal moj priljubljeni izdelek za odstranjevanje ličil. Nikoli nisem marala odstranjevanja ličil v več korakih. Pri meni pride v poštev le eden, izjemoma dva. Zmočim obraz, vsebino pritisnem 3X iz pumpice v dlan in umijem obraz. Žele brezhibno odstrani ves make-up z mojega obraza: tekoči puder, maskaro (seveda ne vodoodporne, kar je razumljivo, saj ni v ta namen), tudi temna senčila, črtalo in še kaj. Kljub temu, da učinkovito opravi svoje poslanstvo odstranjevanja, je zelo nežen in mi kože nič ne izsuši, prav tako ne pušča filma na koži po uporabi. Vonj je zelo nežen in nevsiljiv. Ta je že drugi, katerega sem kupila in zaenkrat ne razmišljam o menjavi.I bought this jelly in the beginning of last year and it quickly became my favorite product for removing make-up. I never liked removing my make-up in several steps. One step cleanse is enough for me. I usually wet my face, place 3 pumps of the jelly in my hands and wash my face. This jelly removes all of the make-up from my face, the foundation, mascara (not waterproof mascaras, of course, since it is not meant for such purpose), dark eyeshadows, liner and whatever I have on. It’s very gentle and it does not dry out my skin, it also does not leave any kind of film on my skin. The smell is very gentle. I already bought a new one and for the moment I am not thinking about replacing it.

2. PAUL MITCHELL – EXTRA BODY DAILY BOOST

Ta sprej za volumen las sem kupila približno 2-3 mesece nazaj in nisem imela velikih pričakovanj. Na moje pozitivno presenečenje se je izkazal za zelo učinkovitega. Imam težke, ravne lase, izredno goste in tanke. Sprej uporabim tako, da po umivanju lase, posušene v brisači, razčešem in sprej pršim čim bližje lasišču, po predelih od levega temena pa vse do desnega. Potem lase posušim in voila. Volumen je tu. 😀 Sprej se med sušenjem nekoliko čuti pod prsti, ni tak, kot da ga ne bi bilo 🙂 , ampak ni sploh moteče. Volumen ostane do naslednjega pranja. Pri tovrstnih izdelkih je bistvenega pomena to, da odkrijemo ravno pravo mero doziranja, saj je kaj kmalu lahko izdelka preveč in posledično ne dosežemo želenega učinka, ob tem seveda takoj sklenemo, da je izdelek slab, pa ni temu vedno tako. Se mi zdi, da pri izdelkih za volumen las velja pravilo ”manj je več”. Vsekakor je smotrno začeti z manjšo količino in v kolikor niste dobile želenega rezultata, nadaljevati z večanjem. V kolikor tudi z večjo količino izdelka ne boste zadovoljne, potem lahko nekako sklenete, da proizvod ni za vas. Se zna zgoditi, da kakšnemu dobremu izdelku zaradi neustrezne uporabe naredimo krivico in neupravičeno gre mimo nas.I bought this one a few months ago and I didn’t have high expectations but it proved me wrong. I have straight, heavy, extremely dense but thin hair. I use the spray on my towel dry and brushed hair, I spray it close to the scalp in segments from my left and all the way to the right. Next I dry my hair and voila. Volume is here. You can feel the residue under the fingers, it’s not like I have nothing in my hair, but it does not bother me at all. The volume remains until the next wash. It is crucial that we find precisely the right amount of dosage, because very soon it is too much product on our hair. Therefore the desired effect is not achieved. On the basis of this we instantly conclude that the product is bad, but this is not always the case. I believe hair volumizing products subject to the rule ‘less is more’. Anyhow, it’s reasonable to start with a smaller amount of product, and if you are not getting the wanted results, then continue increasing amount. If you won’t be satisfied even with a larger quantity of the product, then you can conclude that the product obviously is not for you. I just want to say that sometimes we can do injustice with our improper/wrong use to some very good products and those products mistakenly pass us.

3. MELVITA – ARGANOVO KREMNO OLJE / L’ARGAN BIO BODY OIL IN CREAM

Nikoli nisem dosledna pri uporabljanju losjona, masla ali kreme za telo. Če pa sem že pri volji, pa uporabim tole kremno olje in nobenega drugega. Krema je srednje gosta, lepo razmazljiva in se hitro vpije. Ne pušča mastnega filma na koži in čeprav vsebuje olje za seboj pusti prijetno nahranjeno in navlaženo kožo. Rada ga uporabljam tako poleti kot pozimi, ko imam izredno suho kožo. Je toplega, kanček sladkega vonja. Mogoče celo diši po arganu, ampak ne vem, kako v resnici diši argan, tako da težko primerjam. 😀 Vonj se obdrži na koži nekaj ur.I am never consistent, when it comes to applying lotion or body butters, oils. Honestly I’m too lazy to do it but if I do apply anything I use this creamy oil and nothing else. It’s creamy, not that thick though, it applies nicely and absorbs fast. It does not leave a greasy film on the skin, although it’s oil based, it leaves just a nourished and moist skin. I like to use it in the summer and especially the winter time when my skin is particularly dry. It has a warm, slightly sweet scent. It probably smells like argan, but I have no idea how argan smells so I can’t really compare it. The scent stays on the skin for a couple of hours.

4. THE BODY SHOP – TEA TREE PORE MINIMISER

Naj takoj omenim, da ne verjamem, da lahko katerakoli krema pomanjša moje pore. Moje pore so namreč gromozanske. Ker pa krema obljublja matiranje, hkrati pa bi naj služila kot baza/podlaga za tekoči puder, sem se odločila, da jo preizkusim. In ni mi žal. Po konsistenci se krema giblje med gelom in kremo, ima močan vonj po tea tree (tj. čajevcu), ampak se hitro razdiši. Najbolj všeč mi je občutek, ki ga pusti na koži. Krema se takoj vpije in pusti za sabo mehko, gladko, mat kožo, ki je pripravljena za nanos tekočega pudra. Ne bi mogla trditi, da podaljša obstoj tekočega pudra, je pa nanos pudra zaradi te kreme vsekakor prijetnejši. Jaz sem kupila že drugo tubo in je zaenkrat ne menjam.Let me start by saying this: I don’t believe that any cream can reduce my pores, because my pores are huge. Since the cream promises mattifying effect and at the same time it would function as a base/primer for foundation, I decided to give it a try. I don’t regret it. The cream consistency varies between a gel and cream with strong smell of tea tree, but it does not stay for long. I love the feeling it leaves on the skin. The cream absorbs quickly, leaving the skin soft, matte and prepared for foundation. I wouldn’t say that it helps prolong the existence of the foundation, but application is definitely nicer. I already bought my second tube and I don’t plan on changing it.

5. KNEIPP – KRISTALI ZA KOPANJE / BATHING CRYSTALS/SALT

Kneipp mi je vedno bil všeč, še posebej geli za tuširanje, olja za kopanje, kreme za roke, itd. V letu 2015 pa sem našla še en produkt, ki mi je ukradel srce in brez katerega si skorajda življenja več ne predstavljam. 🙂 To so Kneipp kristali za kopanje. Izbiramo lahko med ogromno vonji, kopeli so lepo obarvane, torej tudi voda. Te kopeli sicer niso hranilne ali vlažilne, pomembno pa je, da kože kljub temu ne izsušijo. Vendar pa je seveda uporaba losjona ali masla za telo skoraj obvezna, če imate suho kožo. Kopeli zelo lepo dišijo, vonj je dovolj močan, da zajame kopalnico, ampak ne premočan. Na koži se vonj ne obdrži dolgo, mogoče kakšnih 10 minut po kopeli. Kopeli najdete v Műllerju za 1,20€. Zame so dovolj poceni, da jih lahko uporabim večkrat na teden. Vedno rada poizkusim kakšno novo, ampak izmed vseh meni najljubša je kopel z vonjem vanilije, makadamije in medu. I always liked Kneipp, especially their shower gels, bathing oils, hand creams and so on. In the year 2015 I found another product that stole my heart. Without it I almost can’t imagine my life. 🙂 This mighty product is named Kneipp bathing crystals/salt. We can choose among numerous scents, the crystals are nicely colored and so is the water in the end. These baths are not moisturizing but also they do not dry out my skin. But if you have dry or very dry skin, the use of body lotion or butter is almost obligatory. The baths smell really nice and the smell is strong enough to fill the bathroom. Smells don’t stay on the skin long, maybe 10 minutes after the bath. Baths are low-priced, around 1,20€ in Muller, so I can use them several times a week. I always like to try a new one but my all-time favorite is the bath with the vanilla, macadamia and honey scent.

6. L’OCCITANE – IZBOLJŠEVALNA MEGLICA ZA OBRAZ POPOLNA POTONIKA / PEONY PERFECTING MIST

Tale sprej sem si kupila z namenom, da ga bom uporabljala za osvežitev make-upa in pa za samostojno negovalno osvežitev kože. Izredno mi je všeč. Uporabljam ga pogosto, porabi se ga izredno malo, saj je ”šprica” res dobra in izredno enakomerno razprši proizvod. Meglico največkrat uporabim po koncu ličenja, da »utrdim« ličila oziroma včasih tudi zato, da zakrijem pudrast videz. Ponavadi ga tudi uporabim, ko po parih urah spet napudram T območje, ki se mi masti in tako koža spet dobi svež izgled. Vonj je cvetličen, a nežen, jaz ga po par minutah več ne zaznam.I bought this spray mostly with the intention that it will be used to refresh my make-up or to refresh my skin. I really love it. I use it often, the usage is minimal because the spray diffuses the product nicely and evenly. I usually use the mist when I finish my make-up to set it and to hide the powdery look. I also use it when I touch up my T zone with a powder after a few hours to refresh the skin. The scent is flowery but subtle, I don’t smell it after a few minutes.

7. THE BODY SHOP – DROPS OF YOUTH BOUNCY SLEEPING MASK

Huh…kje naj začnem? 🙂 Masko sem kupila poleti, ko je ravnokar prišla na police. Radovedno sem brala ocene in gledala videe o njej. Potrebovala sem namreč produkt, ki mi bi konkretno navlažil in nahranil kožo. In baje bi naj ravno to bila naloge te maske. Obljublja bolj navlaženo in prožno kožo. In res je. Maska je bele barve, zelo gosta, kot žele, tako da se prst dejansko »odbije« od nje. Je zelo nežnega vonja, ga skoraj ne zaznam. Z majhno priloženo lopatico zajamem produkt, ga segrejem in razmažem med dlanmi, nakar se maska spremeni v olje. Nanesem na obraz, počakam 15 minut, preden grem spat in to je to. Maska se sicer kanček čuti na obrazu, ne vpije se popolnoma, ampak se ne prenaša na posteljnino, kar je zame ključnega pomena. Zjutraj obraz umijem z vodo in koža je prav sijoča, navlažena, zdrava. Jaz jo uporabljam enkrat tedensko, čeprav mislim, da bi jo lahko tudi bolj pogosto, a rada menjam maske za obraz.Where do I begin? 🙂 I bought this mask in the summer when it just hit the shelves. I curiously read reviews and watched videos about it. I needed something to moisturize and nourish the skin. And apparently this is exactly the mission of the mask. It is supposed to make the skin more flexible and moisturized. And it does. The mask is white, it’s somehow jelly-like, so your finger actually bounces off. It’s slightly scented, so I can barely smell it. With a small spatula that comes with the mask I take a little bit and put it in my hands, warm it up and spread it in my palms so the mask changes into an oil. I apply that to my face, wait 15 minutes before I go to sleep and that’s it. You can feel the mask on the skin, it doesn’t absorb all of it, but it is not transmitted to the bedding, which is very important for me. In the morning I wash my face with water and the skin is shiny, moisturized and healthy. I use it once a week although I think you could use it more often.

8. NUXE – BAUME LEVRES

Tale balzam za ustnice uporabljam že par let in sem skoraj prepričana, da bo vedno moj najljubši. Balzam je v lončku, je zelo gost, rumene barve, z vonjem po citrusih in medu. Kaj veliko o tem balzamu za ustnice ne bom pisala, saj sem porabila vsaj 6 lončkov in je pri meni stalnica. Ker je v lončku, ga najraje hranim ob postelji, v zimskih časih pa kar na kavni mizici v dnevni, saj ga zaradi pacanja s prsti ne nosim s seboj, če nimam huje poškodovanih in razpokanih ustnic. Edino tale balzam uspešno rešuje moje ustnice pozimi, ki so izredno občutljive na mraz. Jaz ga bom vedno in vsem priporočala, ker je zame najboljši in najbolj učinkovit balzam za ustnice sploh.I’ve been using this lip balm for years and I can certainly say it will always be my favorite. The balm comes in a pot, it’s really thick, yellow and with a citrusy honey scent. I won’t talk about this lip balm a lot, because I used at least 6 jars and it’s a constant for me. Because it’s in a pot I like to keep it by my bed, in the winter time on my coffee table in the living room, because I don’t take it with me, unless my lips are seriously cracked and dry. This is the only lip balm that successfully saves my lips which are extremely sensitive to cold in the winter. I will always recommend it to everyone, because for me it is the best and the most effective lip balm ever.

9. MELVITA – ARGANOVA KREMA ZA ŽAMETNE ROKE / L’ARGAN BIO VELVET HAND CREAM

Tale krema za roke je iz iste linije kot kremno olje, zato me sploh ne preseneča, da mi je všeč. Najraje imam kreme, ki se hitro vpijejo in ne puščajo mastnega filma, zato je ta krema vedno med prvimi pri meni. Vonj je enak kot pri kremnem olju, torej topel oziroma verjetno po arganu. 🙂 Krema je bele barve, srednje gostote, se hitro vpije in dobro vlaži. Je v majhni 75ml tubi, tako da je priročna za v torbico, bi pa bila vesela tudi kake večje (100-150ml) tube za doma.This hand cream is from the same line as the creamy oil so I am not at all surprised I like it. I like creams that absorb quickly and are not greasy, so that is why I always reach for this one. The scent is the same as the creamy oil, warm and it probably smells like argan. 🙂 The cream is white, medium thick, it absorbs quickly into the skin and moisturizes really good. It comes in a small 75ml tube so it’s convenient to carry it with me in a bag. It would be great if the cream would also be available in larger package (100-150ml).

10. BATISTE – SUHI ŠAMPON / DRY SHAMPOO

Odkar sem izvedela za obstoj suhega šampona, je to izdelek, ki ga imam vedno pri roki. O njem sem poslušala zelo dolgo od blogerk iz tujine, ampak se nikoli nisem odločila za nakup, dokler nisem enkrat slučajno naletela nanj v Douglasu v Avstriji. Seveda sem ga takoj kupila in sedaj vem, zakaj so vse tako navdušene. Ker imam temne lase sem kupila šampon za temno rjave lase. Ta diši po čokoladi (?) in je obarvan, tako da se na laseh ne opazi, če ga nanesem obilneje. Šampon dobro deluje, učinkovito vpije maščobo in doda še malo volumna. Dobra lastnost Batiste linije suhih šamponov je tudi ta, da lahko izbiramo med različnimi vonji in tudi barvami (za svetlo rjave lase, za temno rjave lase in tudi za svetle oziroma blond lase). Cena je okrog 5-6€.Ever since I heard about the existence of dry shampoo, I always have one at hand. I caught a lot of great infos about Batiste from beauty bloggers abroad, but I never decided to buy one until I »bumped« into it in Douglas store in Austria. Of course I immediately bought it and now I know why the enthusiasm. Because I have dark hair I bought the one for deep brown hair. It smells like chocolate (?) and it’s colored, so even if I apply too much it’s not visible on the hair. The dry shampoo works really well, efficiently absorbs the grease and gives the hair a bit of volume. The great thing about Batiste dry shampoo line is also that you can choose from a variety of scents and colors (for light brown hair, dark brown hair and even light or blonde hair). The price is around 5-6€.
