Lush: Rose Jam

Ta gel za tuširanje ni nov. Jaz sem ga celo lani kupila sestri za božič. Poskusila sem ga pa prvič pri mami in od takrat (mislim, da je bil maj) sem čakala, da bodo dobili spet božično kolekcijo, da ga kupim. In prvega oktobra, ko so dobili božično kolekcijo, sem že bila tam. Kupila sem gel in 7 božičnih kopalnih bombic, vendar pa se trenutno ne smem kopati zaradi zdravstvenih težav, tako da ne vem če bom uspela bombice oceniti do konca leta.

This shower gel isn’t new. I actually bought it last Christmas for my sister. The first time I tried it was at my moms house and since then (I think it was May) I was waiting for them to get the Christmas collection again so I can buy it. On first October when they got the Christmas collection I was there. I bought the gel and 7 Christmas bath bombs but because I’m having some medical problems and can’t take baths I don’t know if I will be able to review the bombs until the end of the year.

Pojdimo kar na gel. Gel je pakiran v prozorno plastenko s črno etiketo, tipično za Lush. Dozira se enostavno. Gel je vinsko rdeče barve in srednje (normalno) goste konsistence. Izredno lepo se peni, sama uporabljam še gobico za tuširanje s katero dobim še več pene. Umije dobro in na koži ne pušča filma, kar je dobrodošlo.

Let’s go to the gel. It’s in a transparent plastic bottle with a black label, typical for Lush. Dosing is easy. The gel is a wine red color and medium (normal) thick consistency. It foams beautifully, I do use a loofah that provides even more foam. It cleans well and doesn’t leave any film on the skin which is always welcoming.

Preidimo na vonj. Vonj je tudi glavni razlog, zakaj sem si ga tako želela. Meni osebno diši po cvetličnem medu. Medu gel sploh ne vsebuje, ampak vsebuje pa vanilijo, sok goji jagod, arganovo olje, absolut turške vrtnice in še veliko drugih dobrih sestavin. Torej diši sladko cvetlično. Zame je to eden najboljših gelov za tuširanje. Kože mi ne izsuši, kar je velik plus.

Let’s move on to the scent. The scent is also the main reason why I wanted it so much. To me personally it smells like flower honey. The gel doesn’t even contain honey but it does contain vanilla, goji berry juice, argan oil, Turkish rose and many other good ingredients. So it does have a sweet floral scent. For me this is one of the best shower gels. It doesn’t dry out my skin which is great.

Če zaokrožim, lahko iskreno povem, da je to definitivno moj naljubši gel za tuširanje. Gel je zaenkrat še na voljo v Lush trgovinah in v spletni trgovini, plačali pa boste 16,95€ za 250ml. Jaz ga definitivno priporočam in planiram narediti zaloge za čez celo leto. 🙂

If I round thing up I can honestly say that this is my favorite shower gel. You can still buy it in Lush stores or online and you will pay 16,95€ for 250ml. I definitely recommend it and I plan on stocking up for the year. 🙂

Gehwol: Softening Balsam za stopala in noge

Kot sem že omenila v prejšnji objavi, se ta teden posvečamo nogam, bolj natančno stopalom. Tako sem tudi že najavila, da bom ocenjevala tale balzam za noge in stopala. Gehwol sicer še nisem uporabljala, to je moj prvi produkt od njih in še tega mi je sestra podarila. 😉

As I mentioned in my previous post, I’m devoting this week to legs, more precisely to feet. I also already announced that I would be reviewing this balsam for legs and feet. I haven’t used Gehwol yet, this is my first product from them and this was gifted to me by my sister. 😉

Embalaža je tuba s pokrovom na poklop, ki je mat bele barve, z modrim in rdečim napisom ter sliko. Tuba je zapakirana še v škatlo. Embalaža funkcionira dobro, tudi dozira se enostavno. Sama krema, balzam, je bele barve in je zelo dobro mazljiva. Jaz ponavadi nanesem količino enega fižola za eno stopalo. Je nežnega, skoraj nezaznavnega vonja, kar me ne moti, saj so stopala tako ali tako predaleč, da bi jih vohala. 😀 Za sabo pusti mehko in navlaženo, negovano kožo, kar potrjujejo tudi sestavine, saj sta sečnina (urea) ter avokadovo olje na drugem in tretjem mestu. Balzam prav tako vsebuje aktivne sestavine iz mleka in medu, ki kožo negujejo.

The packaging is a tube with a click on lid, which is a matte white color with blue and red lettering and a picture. The tube is packaged in a box as well. The packaging functions well, the dosing is easy. The cream, balm, itself is white and is very malleable. I usually apply a dose of a bean on each foot. It has a subtle, almost imperceptible scent, which doesn’t bother me, since the feet are way too far for me to smell them. 😀 It leaves behind a soft and moisturized, nourished skin, which is confirmed by the ingredients as well, because urea and avocado oil are on the second and third spot. The balm also contains active ingredients from milk and honey, that nourish the skin.

Krema se vpija do 10 minut, kar je hitro, vendar pa če se vam mudi, mogoče tudi ne dovolj hitro. Jaz jo najraje nanesem zvečer, ko nimam več planov oziroma pred spanjem. Ker se ne vpije takoj je tudi dobra za masažo stopal, ki si jo lahko naredimo sami ali pa prosimo partnerja, da nam jih zmasira.

The cream takes about 10 minutes to absorb, which is fast, but not fast enough if you’re in a hurry. I like to apply it at night, when I don’t have any more plans or before sleep. It’s great for massaging you feet because it doesn’t absorb immediately, which you can do yourself or ask your partner to massage them.

Meni je krema zelo všeč in jo z veseljem uporabljam. 125ml bo mi zadostovalo za kar nekaj časa, za balzam pa boste odšteli 11,50€. Moja odvisnost?

Partner me je nekaj časa nazaj vprašal od katerega produkta sem odvisna? Čeprav je pri ličilih in kozmetiki težko ostati pri enem ali dveh produktih pa sem se po dolgem razmisleku odločila, da je to najverjetneje balzam za ustnice, saj ni pomembno koliko jih imam, če opazim nekaj kar mi je všeč, bom to kupila. 😀 Tako imam v vsaki torbici najmanj enega, na vsaki polički enega ali dva, tudi po predalih in žepih se vedno kotalijo. Ne vem zakaj je temu tako, ampak to je pač produkt, ki ga vedno znova in znova kupujem, saj se mi vedno zdi, da pa jih še nimam dovolj. Prav tako imam zahtevne ustnice, ki se rade izsušijo in vedno iščem kaj boljšega. 🙂 Verjetno je razlog tudi ta, da večina balzamov ni tako draga in potem nakup s tem upravičim.

My boyfriend asked me a while ago which product am I addicted to? Although it’s hard to stay with one product when it comes to make-up and cosmetics, after a long deliberation I decided that it would probably have to be the lip balm, because no matter how much of them I have, if I see something that I like I will buy it. 😀 I have at least one in every purse, one or two on every shelf and even in drawers and pockets I can find them rolling. I don’t know why it’s like that, but that’s just a product that I tend to buy all the time, because I always think that maybe I don’t have enough. I also have very demanding lips that chap easily so I’m always on the lookout for something better. 🙂 The reason for that is also that the majority of lip balms is not that expensive.

Moj najljubši je in verjetno še dolgo bo Nuxe Reve de miel balzam za ustnice. Ne bom vsakega posebej opisovala, ker bi predolgo trajalo, bom pa naredila seznam vseh, ki jih imam oziroma vseh, ki so na sliki, saj vseh niti našla nisem. Obupna sem, saj vem. 😀 In ko ravno govorimo o moji odvisnosti sem v torek kupila še enega, katerega sem si nekaj časa ogledovala in sicer Melvita Rožni nektar za ustnice. Če bi radi, da določenega opišem oziroma ocenim bolj natančno potem mi to povejte v komentarju. 😉

My favorite is and probably will be for some time the Nuxe Reve de miel lip balm. I won’t review each and every one, because it would take too long, but I will make a list of all of the lip balms that I have or the ones that are in the picture, because I couldn’t find all of them. I’m terrible I know. 😀 And now that we’re talking about my addiction, I bought another one on Tuesday. It’s Melvita 3 roses nectar for lips. Kardashian Beauty Honey Stick lip gloss

Naj začnem z izjavo, da gledam Kardashianove in super so mi, ampak ko se gre za njihove izdelke sem malo bolj skeptična. Prav tako sem bila pri teh glosih. Ocene na spletu so bile mešane in čeprav bi jih lahko naročila na internetu jih nisem. Potem pa sem enega slučajno zagledala v trgovini T.K. Maxx v Seiersbergu v Avstriji. Barva mi je bila všeč, pa tudi cena se mi je dopadla (5€). In sem ga kupila. Prvi, katerega sem kupila je bil Raw Honey. Raw Honey je nevtralne barve, ki povleče rahlo na roza z drobnim šimrom in metalik finišem. Kar pa zmaga pri tem glosu pa sta vonj in okus. Glos diši po medu in tudi sladek je na okus. Sama obožujem med in glos se mi je zato hitro prikupil. Glos da ustnicam lep lesk in jih rahlo obarva. Ustnice mi navlaži kar je samo dodaten plus.

Ker mi je bil Raw Honey tako všeč sem ob naslednjem obisku kupila še Wildflower Honey, ki je bolj rožnato nevtralen z modrim šimrom, ki pa na ustnicah ni viden. Ta odtenek na mojih ustnicah ne izstopa, ker so moje ustnice precej obarvane. Glos da lep lesk, ustnice izgledajo zdrave in kot moje ustnice le boljše. 🙂 Glosta nista lepljiva se pa obdržita na ustnicah kar nekaj časa (2-3 ure, če ne jem). Če ne marate medu in vonja po medu potem predlagam, da ga kar preskočite, saj je vonj res močan. Izbirate lahko med osmimi odtenki, vse od svetlih nevtralnih do tudi bolj rožnatih in temnih oziroma živahnih barv.

Let me start by saying that I watch the Kardashians and I love them, but when it comes to their products I’m a bit more skeptic as I was with these glosses. The reviews online were mixed and although I could have ordered them online, I didn’t. Then I accidentally saw one in T.K. Maxx in Seiersberg in Austria. I liked the color and the price (5€) so I bought it. The first I bought was Raw Honey. Raw Honey is neutral, slightly pinkish with shimmer and a metallic finish. What makes this glosses great are the scent and taste. The gloss smells like honey and it even tastes sweet. I love honey and this gloss grew on me really fast. It gives a really nice shine and colors the lips slightly. It also moisturizes the lips which is a plus.

Because I liked Raw Honey that much I bought Wildflower Honey in the next shopping trip. Wildflower Honey is more pink neutral with a blue shift which is not visible on the lips. This shade doesn’t stand out on my lips, because my lips are pretty pigmented. The gloss gives a nice shine, the lips look healthy and like my lips but better. 🙂 The glosses are not sticky but they stay on the lips for quite some time (2-3 hours if I don’t eat). If you don’t like honey or the scent of it then I suggest that you stay away from these, because the scent is strong. You can choose between eight shades, from light neutral to more pinkish and dark or bright colors.

Naravna svetloba brez fleša / Natural light without flash

Embalaža je dolga prozorna tuba z napisom in okraski v rožnato zlati barvi, kar je meni super všeč. Aplikator je tipična gobica, ki dobro opravi svoje delo. Jaz glose priporočam in sama bom sigurno še nabavila kakšno barvo. Na moji listi želja je še Cherry Blossom Honey, ki je najbolj živahno rožnat. The packaging is a long transparent tube with rose gold lettering and decorations, which I really like. The applicator is a typical doe foot and it does the job. Glosa sta mi super všeč in vedno imam vsaj enega v torbici, saj sta odlična za vsak dan. Oba glosa rada kombiniram tudi z Rimmelovo šminko Airy Fairy.

I love these glosses and I always have at least one in my bag, because they are great for everyday use. I like to apply both glosses over Rimmels Airy Fairy lipstick.
