Murad: Skin Smoothing Polish

Če ste prebrali mojo zadnjo objavo, potem ste videli, da sem bila kar nezadovoljna s pilingom za obraz od Soap&Glory in da sem bila v iskanju novega. Konec prejšnjega leta sem pri eni tuji vlogerki slučajno naletela na tega od Murada in sem se kljub malo višji ceni odločila poskusiti s tem.

If you read my last post then you saw that I was quite unsatisfied with the Soap&Glory face exfoliator and that I was in the search for a new one. I saw this Murad exfoliator being used by a foreign vlogger at the end of last year and I decided to try it out despite the slightly higher price tag.

Embalaža je plastična tuba, ki drži 100ml produkta. Je prozorna kar mi je všeč, saj tako vedno vidim koliko produkta je še notri. Sam produkt je rožnate barve, izredno goste konsistence in nežnega vonja, ki se ga skoraj ne zazna.

The packaging is a plastic tube that holds 100ml of product. It’s clear which I like so I can always see how much product is left inside. The product itself is rosey colored with a really thick consistency and a delicate scent which is almost undetectable.

Murad trdi, da gre za bogat in kremast nežen piling, ki čisti pore in razkriva zdravo polt. Mikro polirne kroglice odstranijo nečistoče, ki so se nabrale na koži in odmrle kožne celice, kislina, pridobljena iz granatnega jabolka, pa oža pore.

Murad claims that this is a rich and creamy soft scrub that cleanses the pores and reveals a healthy complexion. The micro polishing beads remove impurities that have accumulated on the skin as well as dead skin cells, the pomegranate acid shrinks the pores.

Pri uporabi izstisnem na roko količino lešnika in začnem masirati na umit in vlažen obraz. Nanesem ga na cel obraz, najbolj pa se osredotočim na čelo, nos in predel okoli nosu in brado, torej območja, ki so zame najbolj problematična. Piling je dovolj grob, da imam občutek da svoje delo tudi dobro in učinkovito opravi, vendar pa ne pregrob, da bi kožo poškodoval. Prav tako mi je všeč, da kože ne izsuši. Koža je po uporabi mehka in gladka, na koži ne pušča filma. Kar se ožanja por tiče pa v te stvari ne verjamem, prav tako so moje pore izredno velike in globoke, tako da jim ni več pomoči. 🙂

While using the exfoliator I take a hazelnut sized amount on my hand and start massaging my freshly washed and moist face. I put it all over the face mostly focusing it on my forehead, nose and around the nose and chin, so the areas that are the most problematic for me. The exfoliator is rough enough that I have the feeling it does it’s job good and efficiently but not too rough to damage the skin. I also like the fact that it doesn’t dry out my skin. The skin is left feeling soft and smooth without leaving a film on it. When it comes to shrinking the pores I don’t really believe in this kind of claims and also my pores are extremely huge and deep so nothing can help them anymore. 🙂

Piling uporabljam enkrat na teden in do zdaj sem ga v parih mesecih porabila izredno malo, tako da se kljub malo višji ceni vseeno izplača, saj traja in traja. Piling bom sigurno še kupila, razen če me bo zamikalo, da poskusim kaj novega. Zaenkrat sem zelo zadovoljna in ga z veseljem uporabljam. Kupila sem ga na Lookfantastic strani in zanj odštela 32,95€.

I use the exfoliator once a week and so far in a few months I used a tiny little bit so despite the higher price tag it last a long time so I’ll probably buy the exfoliator again unless if I’ll be tempted to try something new. For now I’m really pleased with it and I like using it. I bought it on the Lookfantastic site and paid 32,95€ for it.

Urban Decay: VICE Gubby & Liar lipstick

Odkar sem kupila prvo šminko, sem čakala dan, da jo bom ocenila. In ta dan je končno prišel. Prva šminka, ki sem jo naročila je bila Gubby, ki me je zelo pozitivno presenetila, nato pa je sledila še šminka v odtenku Liar, ki me je prav tako navdušila.

Since I bought the first lipstick I was waiting for the day to review it. And that day has finally come. The first lipstick I ordered was Gubby which surprised me positively, followed by the lipstick Liar which also impressed me.

Urban Decay je par mescev nazaj reformuliral svoje šminke in potem spektakularno lansiral 100 šmink s šestimi različnimi finiši, med katerimi so kremni, mat, kovinski in drugi. Prav tako so spremenili embalažo, ki je meni res čudovita. Embalaža je sivo-modra z zlatim dnom, vtisnjenim imenom ob strani in logom na vrhu. Na dnu je nalepka z imenom odtenka na nalepki, ki je približek barve šminke. Odpira se enostavno in dobro tesni. Sama šminka je pakirana še v kartonasto škatlico. Na sami šminki je tudi vtisnjen logo UD.

Urban Decay reformulated their lipsticks a few months ago and then spectacularly launched 100 lipsticks with six different finishes, amongst which are cream, matte, metalized and others. They also changed the packaging which I find gorgeous. The packaging is gunmetal with a gold bottom with the name engraved on the side and the logo on the top. There’s a sticker on the bottom with the shade name that is similar to the lipstick color. It opens easily and closes tightly. The lipstick itself is packaged in a cardboard box. There’s also an embossed UD logo on the lipstick.

Naj začnem s prvo šminko, ki sem jo kupila, torej Gubby. Gubby je opisana kot (glazirana) svetlo rožnata šminka s kovinskim finišem. To lahko tudi sama potrdim. Ker je svetle barve s kovinskim finišem je veliko manj prekrivna, manj pigmentirana, in to mi je všeč. Šminko sem kupila, da jo bom nosila samostojno in za nanos čez kakšne druge mat, kremaste šminke. Največkrat pa sem jo vseeno nosila samostojno. Šminka je izredno udobna, ustnic mi ne izsuši, obdrži se pa kakšno uro, dve na ustnicah, v primeru da ne jeste, prav tako pa se ne razliva v gubice.

Let me start with the first lipstick that I bought, namely Gubby. Gubby is described as a (frosted) light pink lipstick with a metalized finish. I can confirm that. Because it’s a light color with a metalized finish has less coverage, less pigment, and I like that. I bought the lipstick to wear on its own or to apply it over other matte, creamy lipsticks. Most of the time I wore it by itself. The lipstick is very comfortable, it doesn’t dry out my lips and it stays on the lips for about an hour or two in case you don’t eat, nor does it bleed into fine lines.

Druga, katero sem naročila, je bila Liar, ki je opisana kot rožnata “nude” barva s kremnim finišem. Ta je veliko bolj kremasta, pigmentirana in posledično tudi dalj časa obstojna, če ne jeste, vendar pa ne več kot tri ure.  Ena plast popolnoma prekrije moje ustnice, za razliko od Gubby. Ustnic mi ne izsuši in zelo udobna je na ustnicah, ne razliva se v gubice, ponavadi pa tako ali tako uporabim Essence Longlasting barvico za ustnice v odtenku 05 Lovely Frappuccino in tako je šminka še bolj obstojna.  Šminko uporabljam predvsem, ko imam bolj dramatično namazane oči.

The second one I ordered was Liar which is described as a pink nude with a creamy finish. This one is a lot creamier, pigmented and consequently lasts longer if you don’t eat, but not more than three hours. Unlike Gubby, one layer is enough to cover my lips completely. It does not dry out my lips and it’s very comfortable, it doesn’t bleed into fine lines but I usually use Essence Longlasting lipliner in the shade 05 Lovely Frappuccino anyway which makes it last even longer. I use the lipstick mainly when I have a more dramatic eye look.

Šminki od Urban Decay-a sta mi izredno všeč in že imam nagledane še nekatere druge odtenke (Weirdo, Checkmatte, Seismic, Violate, Anarchy, itd.). Seveda, ko kupim naslednji dve, spet sledi ocena. Šminki sem naročila na Feelunique in za eno plačala 19,20€ za 3,4g (M.A.C. šminka ima 3g), kar pa se mi zdi za zelo dobro kvaliteto še upravičeno.

I really like the Urban Decay lipsticks and I already have a few more on my wishlist (Weirdo, Checkmatte, Seismic, Violate, Anarchy, etc.). Of course when I buy the next two a review will follow. I ordered the lipsticks on Feelunique and paid 19,20€ for one for 3,4g (M.A.C. lipstick has 3g) which seems reasonable for the great quality.

Too Faced: Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar

Dolgo sem razmišljala ali naj ocenim to paleto, ker ni novi produkt in marsikomu ne bo zanimiva, ker je ogromno ocen že na spletu, ampak ker je to hitro postala moja najljubša paleta, sem se odločila, da jo vseeno ocenim in delim svojo kratko oceno z vami.

I was thinking weather I should review this palette for some time now because it’s not a new product and many people wouldn’t find it interesting given the fact that there are a lot of reviews of it online already, but because it quickly became my favorite palette I decided to share my short review with you.

Paleta je pakirana v kartonasto škatlo z napisom spredaj ter kratkim opisom in seznamom senčil na zadnji strani. V škatli se prav tako skriva majhna zloženka s tremi primeri make-up izgledov. Sama paleta je v metalni embalaži v obliki čokoladne tablice ter rjave barve. Res čudovita embalaža, še posebej če imate radi čokolado. Še večje presenečenje je vonj in sicer paleta diši po vaniliji/čokoladi, kar je posledica tega, da senčila vsebujejo kakav v prahu. Res čudovito diši in tudi sama dajem paleti to v plus. V notranjosti se skriva manjše ogledalo in pa 16 čudovitih senčil.

The palette is packaged in a cardboard box with inscription on the front and a short description and a list of the eyeshadows on the back. There is also a small leaflet with three make-up looks hiding in the box. The palette itself is in a metal packaging formed as a brown chocolate bar. The packaging is gorgeous, especially if you like chocolate. An even bigger surprise is the smell, namely the palette smells like vanilla/chocolate which is due to the fact that the eyeshadows contain cocoa powder. It really smells great and for me that is a plus. The inside hides a small mirror and 16 beautiful eyeshadows.

Med senčili so tako mat, satenasta ter bleščičasta senčila, vse od kremnih odtenkov do karamelnih, rjavih in celo modro ter rožnato sta notri. Senčila so v veliki večini super pigmentirana ter ravno prav mehka in se lepo blendajo. Predvsem mat senčila pri dotiku s čopičem dvignejo malo prahu, kar pa se ponavadi dogaja pri dobrih mat senčilih. Edino senčilo, ki ni pigmentirano je Pink Sugar, ki da samo bleščice od sebe, ampak tudi to velikokrat uporabim v notrajnem kotičku očesa z vlažnim čopičem. Najljubši senčili sta mi Peanut Butter (uporabljam ga v gubi veke) ter Truffled (vedno ga uporabim v zunanjem kotičku za zatemnitev).

There are matte, satin and shimmery shadows ranging from creamy shades to caramel, browns and there are even a blue and a rosey shadow in there. The eyeshadows have mostly a great pigment and are soft enough and blend easily. Mostly the matte shades kick a little bit of powder up when you put the brush in which usually happens with good matte eyeshadows. The only shade that isn’t pigmented is Pink Sugar which is basically just glitter but I still use it often in the inner corner of the eye with a wet brush. My favorite eyeshadows are Peanut Butter (I use it in the crease) and Truffled (I always use it on the outer corner for deepening).

Meni paleta s to kombinacijo senčil ponuja veliko različnih opcij, tako od svetlih dnevnih do zadimljenih večernih izgledov. Odkar sem jo kupila potujem edino še s to paleto, ne glede na to kam grem. Sploh mi ni žal, da sem si jo kupila in ne znam si predstavljati življenja brez nje (res sem pretirano teatralna). Paleto priporočam predvsem tistim, ki imate radi rjava senčila. Paleto sem kupila v Sephori v Italiji in zanjo odštela 45€, se pa najde tudi na internetu v različnih spletnih trgovinah.

The palette with this combination of eyeshadows gives me a lot of different options, from bright daily to smokey night looks. Since I bought it it’s the only palette I travel with no matter where I go. I don’t regret buying it and I can’t imagine my life without it (I’m such a drama queen). I recommend the palette especially to those that like brown shades. I bought the palette in Sephora in Italy and paid 45€ for it but you can find it online in various online stores as well.

Benefit: Cheekathon

Od Benefita imam že par izdelkov, tudi rdečila. Eno izmed mojih ljubših rdečil je prav od Benefita in sicer Bella Bamba, ki je vzeta iz prodaje, jaz pa sem že skoraj pri koncu. 😦 Prav tako imam Coralisto, ki pa mi je padla na tla in se razbila. Čeprav sem jo popravila, pa se vseeno drobi kar precej in jo nerada uporabljam. Kar se kvalitete tiče pa sta ti dve rdečili top, zato sem bila tudi tako navdušena nad to paleto.

I have a few products from Benefit, blushes also. One of my favorite blushes is from Benefit and it’s the Bella Bamba that was discontinued and I almost used it up. 😦 I also have Coralista, that fell on the floor and broke. Although I did fix it it still crumbles a lot so I don’t like using it. As far as the quality goes these two blushes are amazing and that’s why I was so excited about this palette.

Paleta vsebuje pet full size rdečil: Dandelion, Hoola, Rockateur, Dallas in Coralisto. Embalaža je kartonasta, vendar zelo dobro izdelana. Paleta je rožnate barve z zlatimi flekci in izredno všečno slikico na prednji strani. Z notranje strani imam ogledalo dobre velikosti, plastično zaščito (ki sem jo takoj vrgla), majhno krtačko in 5 rdečil. Notri je bila prav tako majhna knjigica z navodili in triki. Paleta bi lahko bila rahlo ožja in tako bolj primerna za potovanja a se tudi s to znajdem.

The palette contains five full size blushes: Dandelion, Hoola, Rockateur, Dallas and Coralista. The packaging is cardboard but very well made. The palette is pink with gold flecks and a really cute picture on the front. There’s a mirror on the inside that is a good size, a plastic cover (that I threw right away), small brush and 5 blushes. There was also a small book with tips and tricks. The palette could be a bit thinner so it would be better for traveling but I can work with this.

Če preidem na sama rdečila. Dandelion in Hoola sta mat, Dallas in Coralista imata sijaj, Rockateur pa ima mikro bleščice. Rdečila so zelo kvalitetna, ravno prav mehka, dobro pigmentirana in se lepo nanašajo in zabrišejo. Mat rdečili sta rahlo bolj pudrasti a mene iskreno to ne moti. Čopič je OK, nič posebnega, sama ga uporabljam za konturiranje s Hoola bronzerjem in se dobro obnese.

Let me get to the blushes. Dandelion and Hoola are matte, Dallas and Coralista have a sheen, Rockateur has shimmer. The blushes are very good quality, soft enough, nicely pigmented and apply and blend easily. The matte blushes are a bit more powdery but I honestly don’t mind. The brush is OK, nothing special, I use it for contouring with the Hoola bronzer and it works well.

Dandelion je nežno rožnato rdečilo, ki po mojem mnenju paše na vsak ten. Hoola je kultni mat bronzer z neutralnim podtonom, tako da je super za konturiranje. Rockateur je prav tako nežno rožnato rdečilo z dodatkom slezenaste ter  z zlatimi mikro bleščicami, ki dajo licu lep sijaj. Dallas je rožnato rjavo rdečilo s toplim podtonom, tako da je super za punce s temnejšim tenom oziroma če ga nanesemo previdno je lahko lepo nevtralno rdečilo. Zadnje je Coralista, ki je najbolj znano rdečilo od Benefita in tudi najbolj univerzalno po mojem mnenju, saj je čudovita barva breskve z lepim sijajem.

Dandelion is a soft rose blush that in my opinion work on everyone. Hoola is a cult matte bronzer with neutral undertones so it’s great for contouring. Rockateur is also a soft rose blush with a hint of mauve and gold shimmer that gives the cheeks a nice shine. Dallas is a pinkish brown blush with warm undertones so it’s great for girls with a darker skin tone or if you use a light hand it’s a great neutral blush. The last is Coralista that’s also the most famous blush from Benefit and also the most universal in my opinion because it’s a gorgeous peach with a nice shine.

Če pogledam na paleto kot na celoto, bi lahko rekla, če ne bi bila obsedena z ličili, da je to edina paleta za obraz, ki jo potrebujem. A bodimo realni, verjetno bom kaj hitro našla nekaj kar bom spet nujno potrebovala. 😀 Kljub temu sem s paleto izredno zadovoljna. Paleto sem kupila v Sephori v Italiji in za njo odštela 60€, kar je super, saj je drugače eno posamezno rdečilo od Benefita okoli 33€. Paleta se še dobi v Sephori in na določenih spletnih straneh, tako da če vas zanima potem pohitite, saj ne bo dolgo v prodaji. Za več slik in swatchev pa klik tukaj.

If I look at the palette as a whole I could say, if I wasn’t obsessed with make-up, that this is the only face palette I need. But let’s be real I’ll probably find something soon that I’ll need. 😀 Nevertheless, I’m extremely satisfied with the palette. I bought it in Sephora in Italy and paid 60€ which is great because otherwise a single blush from Benefit goes for around 33€. H&M: Powder Puff lipstick

H&M kozmetika me vedno pritegne in ker me zadnje čase vedno bolj mikajo šminke sem se odločila tudi poskusit eno. Čeprav mi je večina barv všeč, pa sem izbrala tako, ki jo bom največ tudi uporabljala.

H&M cosmetics always attracts me and because lately I’ve been into lipsticks I decided to try one out. Although I like most of the colors I chose the one that I’ll use the most.

Embalaža mi je zelo lepa, krem in zlata (z zlato v mojem mnenju ne morejo zgrešit), izgleda izredno šik. Šminka ima navoj, ki dobro deluje, pokrov je na klik. Sama šminka je pakirana še v kartonasto škatlico. Vonja skorajda nima, le narahlo voham vanilijo. Prav tako nima okusa. Sama sem izbrala odtenek Powder Puff, ki je nevtralno zaprašeno rožnata barva.

The package is really nice, cream and gold (you can’t go wrong with gold in my opinion) and it looks really chic. The lipstick has a twist up system that works great and the lid is a click on. The lipstick itself is packaged in a cardboard box. It’s almost scentless, I slightly smell vanilla. It also has no flavor. I chose the shade Powder Puff which is a neutral dusty pink color.

Šminka je kremaste teksture, ni mat, a je kljub temu relativno dobro obstojna. Prav tako z enim nanosom prekrije moje ustnice. Šminka je lepo mazljiva, se ne razliva v gubice. Sama jo najraje kombiniram z Essence Longlasting barvico za ustnice v odtenku 05 Lovely Frappuccino in tako je šminka še bolj obstojna. Seveda jo je potrebno po kakšni uri, uri pa pol ponovno nanesti, še posebej če boste jedle ali pile. Ustnic mi ne izsuši, prav tako jih ne navlaži.

The lipstick has a creamy texture, it’s not matte but it’s still relatively long wearing. One swipe covers my lips. The lipstick is nicely malleable and doesn’t bleed into lines. I like to combine it with the Essence Longlasting lipliner in the shade 05 Lovely Frappuccino and that makes the lipstick even more long wearing. Of course you’ll have to reapply after about an hour, hour and a half, especially if you eat or drink. It doesn’t dry out my lips nor does it moisturize them.

Meni so H&M šminke res super, vendar pa je cena po mojem mnenju za te šminke kar visoka. Za H&M bi pričakovala nižjo ceno, kljub kvaliteti, saj sem za šminko odštela 10€. Nagledanih imam še par nevtralnih odtenkov a glede nakupa se še nisem odločila, izključno zaradi cene. H&M kozmetične izdelke lahko kupite v njihovi spletni trgovini ali v Cityparku v Ljubljani. Imati vi kakšen H&M izdelek, ki ga moram poskusiti? Kakšen glos, barvico za ustnice ali kaj drugega?

I really like the H&M lipsticks but the price is quite high in my opinion. I would expect a lower price for H&M despite the quality because I paid 10€ for the lipstick. I have a few other neutral shades on my wishlist but I still haven’t decided if I’ll buy them solely because of the price. You can buy the H&M cosmetics on the website or in Citypark in Ljubljana. Lush: Sex bomb

Enostavno ne morem da ne bi ocenjevala teh Lushevih kopalnih bombic, saj je velika večina res čudovitih. To je bila še ena izmed tistih, ki so v prodaji že nekaj časa, a je nikoli nisem uspela poskusit. Tokrat sem se ob obisku trgovine hitro odločila za njo in jo takoj še isti večer poskusila.

I just have to review these bath bombs from Lush, because the majority of them are really wonderful. This has been one of those, that have been on sale for some time now, but I never had a chance to try it out. This time, while visiting the store, I quickly decided to buy it and try it the same night.

Bombica je rožnata in vijolična z vrtnico (?) na vrhu. Prevladuje rožnata barva. Bombica diši nežno, cvetlično s pridihom sladkosti. Vonj je nežen in pomirja. Prevladujeta muškat in jasmin. Ko bombico spustim v vodo se vonj po kopalnici razširi zelo hitro. Ker je bombica v glavnem rožnata je tudi voda rožnata. Ko se polovica ali malenkost več bombice stopi, na površje priplava cvet. Cvet je mehak in rahlo sluzast. Čez čas cvet razpade in po vodi plavajo cvetni listi.

The bomb is pink and purple with a rose (?) on the top. The pink color dominates.  The bomb has a delicate, flowery scent with a hint of sweetness. The scent is gentle and soothing. Muscat and jasmine dominate. When I release the bomb in the water the scent spreads quickly throughout the bathroom. Because the bomb is mainly pink, the water turns pink as well. When half or slightly more of the bomb melts, a flower comes up to the water surface. The flower is soft and slightly slimy. After a while the flower falls apart and there are flower petals left floating on the surface.

Sestavine: natrijev bikarbonat, citronska kislina, natrijev seskvikarbonat, parfum, sojino mleko, sintetični mošus, absolut jasmina, olje muškatne kadulje, olja ylang-ylanga, titanov dioksid, limonene, linalool, barvilo 18050, barvilo 61585, cvet iz riževega papirja.

Kopanje v kopeli je sproščujoče, cvetni listi pa dajejo občutek razkošja. Edino kar mi je žal, je da ni več cvetov v bombici. Cvetni listi čez čas razpadejo saj so riževega papirja, tako da v banji po kopanju ni ostankov. Bombica prav tako ne pušča na banji madežev, kar je meni zelo pomembno. 🙂 Koža je po kopanju dišeča in ni izsušena, kar je vedno plus. Za kopalno bombico boste odšteli 5,50€.

Bathing is relaxing, the flower petals give a sense of luxury. The only thing I regret is that there aren’t more flowers in the bomb. The petals break down after a while because they are made out of rice paper, so there is no residue after bathing. The bomb doesn’t leave any stains on the tub either, which is very important to me. 🙂 The skin is left fragrant and not dry, which is always a plus. You will pay 5,50€ for the bath bomb.

Lush: The Comforter bubble bar

Čeprav sem popolnoma predana Lushevim kopalnim bombicam, pa si za spremembo privoščim občasno tudi penečo kopel. Tako sem si tudi tokrat privoščila The Comforter penečo kopel. Kopel je rožnato bela s spiralnim vzorcem, nepravilne ploščate ovalne oblike.

Although I’m fully committed to Lush bath bombs, I do occasionally use a bubble bar. So this time I used The Comforter bubble bar. The bar is pink and white with a spiral pattern and an irregular flat oval shape.

Vonj je precej saden z dodatki citrusov. Meni diši izredno lepo, poživljajoče. Lush pravi, da je glavna nota črni ribez in s tem se popolnoma strinjam. Meni je vonj izredno všeč.

The scent is quite fruity with an addition of citruses. To me it smells very nice, invigorating. Lush claims that the main note is blackcurrant and I totally agree. I really like the scent.

Lusheve peneče kopeli je potrebno drobiti v roki pod tekočo vodo, da se najbolje spenijo. Večji kos kopeli uporabite, bolj močan je vonj, bolj obarvana je voda in tudi več pene je. Jaz ponavadi uporabim polovico in mi je ravno dovolj. Lahko pa seveda uporabite tudi manj, več ne priporočam. Voda se je tokrat obarvala nežno rožnato.

To get a good foam you have to crumble the bubble bar under running water. The bigger the chunk you use, the stronger the scent, the water gets more colorful and there’s more foam. I usually use half of the bar and that’s enough for me. You can use less, but I don’t recommend using more. The water colored to a soft pink.

Sestavine: natrijev bikarbonat, vinski kamen, natrijev lavrat sulfat, lavril betain, parfum, titanov dioksid, kokamid DEA, olje bergamotke, absolut črnega ribeza, cipresovo olje, limonene, linalool, barvilo 45410, barvilo 17200.

Kože mi ni izsušila, kar me ne preseneča, saj mi Lusheve kopeli načeloma nikoli ne izsušijo kože. Kopel prav tako vsebuje malenkost olja in sicer olje bergamotke ter cipresovo olje. Koža je le narahlo dišala po kopeli, vonj pa se je obdržal kakšni dve uri. Jaz jo priporočam. 🙂

It didn’t dry out my skin, which doesn’t surprise me, because baths from Lush usually never do. The bath also contains a little bit of oil, namely the bergamot oil and the cypress oil. The skin was slightly scented after the bath, the scent lingered for about two hours. I recommend it. 🙂

Enobarven rožnat make-up

Tokrat sem se odločila ustvariti enobarven make-up izgled v rožnati barvi. To pomeni da sem rožnato uporabila na očeh, licih in ustnicah. Na koncu sem bila izredno zadovoljna z izgledom. 😉

This time I decided to create a monochromatic make-up look in rose/pink color. This means that I used rose/pink on my eyes, cheeks and lips. In the end I was really satisfied with the look. 😉

Za oči sem uporabila paleto, ki je pristala tudi na seznamu mojih najljubših izdelkov v letu 2015 (seznam najdete tukaj), Urban Decay Naked 3 paleto. Tako kot prejšnjič sem obkrožila senčila, ki sem jih uporabila, številke pa označujejo vrstni red po katerem sem jih nanašala. Preden sem začela s senčili sem uporabila bazo za oči. Prav tako sem ob očesu nalepila lepilni trak, da sem dobila ostro in ravno linijo. Za lažjo predstavo prilagam sliko.

For my eyes I used a palette that was on my most favorite products in 2015 list (you can find it here), Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. I circled the eyeshadows I used, the numbers indicate the order in which I applied them. Before I started with the shadows I used an eye base. I also applied some scotch tape next to my eye to get a sharp and straight line. I’m adding a picture for better understanding.

Potem sem začela s prvo, prehodno barvo, ki sem jo nanesla v in nad gubo očesa, od zunanjega do notranjega kotička očesa. To sem ponovila dvakrat oziroma dokler barva ni bilo lepo razporejena. Nato sem nanesla drugo barvo samo v gubo veke, da sem le-to malo poglobila. To sem prav tako ponavljala, dokler mi ni bil izgled všeč. Sledilo je tretje, najtemnejše senčilo, ki sem ga s ploščatim čopičem nanesla v zunanji trikotnik in potem s čopičem za blendanje vse skupaj razmazala (pazila sem, da nisem šla nad gubo veke). To sem ponavljala do željene intenzitete.

Then I started with the first, transition color, that I applied in and above my crease, from the outer to the inner corner of the eye. I repeated this twice or until the eyeshadow was nicely blended. Then came the second shadow just in the eye crease, to deepen it. I also repeated this until I liked how it looked. This was followed by the third, the deepest, eyeshadow which I applied on my outer triangle and blended with a blending brush (I was careful not to go above the crease). I repeated until the desired intensity.

Sledilo je četrto senčilo, ki pa ima goste bleščice in se suho ne nanese lepo, zato to senčilo vedno uporabim mokro. Tako je intenzivnost večja in senčilo se lepše oprime veke. To nanesem na celo veko, ne da bi šla nad gubo veke. Ker sem želela sredino veke še bolj osvetlili sem na sredino s prstom potapkala malo zlatega senčila. Ta korak lahko načeloma tudi preskočite. 🙂 Na koncu sem še nanesla svetlo mat senčilo pod obrvjo. Odstranim lepilni trak.

Next was the fourth eyeshadow that has a lot of glitter and it doesn’t apply nicely dry, so I always use this one wet. The intensity is greater and the shadow sticks to the eyelid better this way. I apply it to the whole lid, but not above the crease. Because I wanted to illuminate the center of the eyelid even more I patted some gold shadow in the center using my finger. This step may in principle be skipped. 🙂 In the end I applied the light matte shadow under the brow bone. I remove the tape.

Ker sta bili dve senčili z bleščicami sem predel pod očmi pobrisala s kozmetičnim robcem, da sem odstranila bleščice, ki so padle na obraz. Nato sem nadaljevala s tekočim pudrom, korektorjem, pudrom v prahu. Nato sem nanesla še bronzer, Catrice Luminizing bronzer in rdečilo, ki je bilo v tem primeru tudi rožnato in sicer Benefit Bella Bamba. Za osvetlitev obraza sem uporabila The Balm The Manizer Sisters paleto, ki sem jo ocenila tukaj. Uredila sem še obrvi kot ponavadi.

Because two of the eyeshadows had glitter, I used a cosmetics wipe to clean the glitter fallout off my face. Then I continued with the foundation, concealer, loose powder. I applied the bronzer, Catrice Luminizing bronzer and the blush, which in this case was also pink, namely Benefit Bella Bamba. To highlight my face I used The Balm The Manizer Sisters palette, that I reviewed here. I did my eyebrows as usual.

Nato sem se vrnila na oči in na spodnjo veko nanesla sedmo senčilo, v notrnji kotiček spodnje veke pa malo zadnjega, osmega senčila. Nanesla sem seveda še maskaro oziroma Stila duo, ki sem ga ocenila tukaj. Na ustnice sem nanesla Essence longlasting lipliner v odtenku Sweetheart, ki je res odlična barvica za ustnice. Tudi to sem ocenila in oceno najdete tukaj.

I then returned to my eyes and applied the seventh shadow to my lower lid, in the inner corner I put a bit of the eighth eyeshadow. Of course I also applied some mascara, I used the Stila duo, that I reviewed here. On my lips I applied the Essence Longlasting lipliner in the shade Sweetheart, which is really a great lipliner. Zoeva: Coral Spectrum

Že nekaj časa nazaj sem napisala, da se veselim Spectrum kolekcije in februarja sem jo tudi končno dobila. Odločila sem se za paleto rdečil in sicer Coral Spectrum, saj imam rada rdečila v takih odtenkih.

Some time ago I wrote that I was looking forward to the Spectrum collection and in February I finally got it. I decided for the blush palette, the Coral Spectrum, because I love coral blushes.

Paleta je črna mat, na otip zelo podobna NARS embalaži, vendar kartonasta z bronastim (holografskim) napisom, v rokavu, ki je identičen zunanjosti palete. Paleta je zelo dobro narejena in trpežna. V paleti ni ogledala, le 4 x 3,8g produkta.

The palette is matte black, it feels very similar to NARS packaging but made out of cardboard with copper (holographic) inscription, in a sleeve, that is identical to the exterior of the palette. The palette is very well made and durable. There is no mirror in the palette, only 4 x 3,8g of product.

V paleti so tri mat rdečila in eno satenasto. Rdečila so zelo dobro pigmentirana, tako da priporočam lahko roko pri nanosu. Zelo lepo se razmažejo, blendajo, in niso pudrasta.

The palette includes three matte blushes and one satin. The blushes are very nicely pigmented so I recommend a light hand with the application. They blend really easily and are not powdery.

Barve so zelo različne med seboj. Imamo eno zelo svetlo mat rdečilo, katero trenutno največ uporabljam. Čeprav mogoče na sliki ne izgleda nič ekstra, ampak je super, ker naravno poudari lica. Potem imamo dve rožnati rdečili, ki sta tudi mat, s toplim podtonom. Na koncu pa še edino satenasto, ki je zame pravo koralno rdečilo, rožnato s pridihom breskve in lepim sijajem. Rdečila se mi zdijo primerna za vse in zame je ta paleta edina, ki jo nesem s seboj, ko kam potujem.

The colors are very different from each other. We have one very light matte blush, that I use the most at the time. Although it may not look much on the pictures it’s really great, because it naturally emphasizes the cheeks. Then we have two pink blushes, that are also matte with a warm undertone. In the end we have the only satin blush, for me a true coral blush, pink with a hint of peach and a gorgeous shine. The blushes to me seem appropriate for everyone and for me this is the only palette I take with me when I travel.
